To conduct shariah inspection/investigations on the branches following guidelines of the Bank thus prepare inspection report and follow up on the compliances;
To ensure implementations of guidelines/recommendations given by the Shariah Supervisory Committee of the Bank;
To conduct research on Shariah issues/new products and provide necessary assistance to management on compliances on Shariah principals, etc.

Have post-graduation from a University approved by the UGC major in Islamic Studies/Arabic/Al-Fiqh and Legal Studies or Kamil having no third class/division in academic career;
Must have sound knowledge in the Quran, Hadith, Fiqh, and Islamic Economics/Finance;
Strong communication skills in Bengali, Arabic, and English;
Must have sound computer literacy in Microsoft Word/Excel;
Age within 30 years as of 15.10.2021.

On probation, Trainee Officer will receive monthly consolidated compensation of Tk.27,500/-. After successful completion of the probation period, the initial monthly salary package will be Tk.36,800/- along with all other admissible benefits.
