প্রথম কথা, কম্বাইন্ড অফিসার-২০১৭ সার্কুলারে যদিও রুপালী ও জনতা ব্যাংক যুক্ত ছিল কিন্তু হাইকোর্টের স্থগীতাদেশ থাকায় ব্যাংক দু’টি বাদে সমন্বিত পাঁচ ব্যাংক অফিসার শিরনামে এক্সাম সম্পন্ন করে বিএসসি।সুতরাং সমন্বয় করার সম্ভাবনা নাই এবং উক্ত ব্যাংক দু’টির পরীক্ষা অবশ্যই হওয়া উচিৎ এবং হবেও বলে আমি দৃঢ় বিশ্বাস করি।

দ্বিতীয়ত, সমন্বিত-৮ ব্যাংকের সিনিয়র অফিসারে রূপালী ব্যাংকের ২৮৩ টি পদের সহ প্রিলিমিনারী অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। পরে রিটেন এক্সামের আগে বিএসসি নোটিশ প্রকাশ করে হাইকোর্টের নির্দেশনা মাফিক উক্ত ২৮৩ পোস্ট বাদেই রিটেন এক্সাম সম্পন্ন করে।এক্ষেত্রে হয়তো বিএসসি রূপালী ব্যাংকের ২৮৩ টি পোস্টের আবার রিটেন নিতে পারে। আর যদি মাহামান্য আদালত এই ২৮৩ টি পোস্ট উক্ত সমন্বিত আট ব্যাংকের প্রকাশিতব্য সিনিয়র অফিসারের ভাইভার রেজাল্টে সমন্বিত করার সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণের ক্ষমতা বিএসসি’র হাতে দিয়ে দেয় তাহলে এক্ষেত্রে বিএসসি আদালতের নির্দেশনাই অনুসরণ করবে।
এখন,আজকের রায়ের মধ্য দিয়ে ২০১৬ সালের সিঙ্গেল ভাবে প্রকাশিত রূপালী ও জনতা ব্যাংকেরএক্সামগুলো দ্রুতই হবে।

রাষ্ট্রপক্ষের করা আপিল আদালত গ্রহণ করেছে,অর্থাৎ জনতা ও রুপালি ব্যাংক এর নিয়োগ পরীক্ষা হবে। কিন্তু প্যানেল থেকে নিয়োগ হবে না। যদিও হাইকোর্ট ডিভিশন এর রায় জনতার পক্ষে ছিল। কিন্ত আপিল বিভাগ তা গ্রহণ করেনি।
