১. প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রসমূহঃ

খ. সকল পরীক্ষার মূল সনদ

গ. পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র

ঘ. অনলাইন এপ্লিকেশন ফরম (Applicant Copy) )

ঙ. জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র (NID)

চ. নাগরিকত্ব সনদ

ছ. পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন ফরম (৩ কপি)

(সবগুলিরই কয়েক কপি করে নিয়ে যাবেন)

৪. প্রাথমিক জেলা শিক্ষা অফিস থেকে আপনাকে একটি ফরম দেয়া হবে সেটি আপনি পুরণ করে জমা দিবেন। (তখন আপনার সার্টিফিকেট গুলোও যাচাই করা হবে)

৫. প্রাথমিক জেলা শিক্ষা অফিস থেকে আপনাকে একটি মেডিক্যাল ফরম (স্বাস্থ্যগত উপযুক্ততা ফরম) দেয়া হবে যেটি আপনি মেডিক্যাল টেস্ট করার পর জেলা সিভিল সার্জনের স্বাক্ষর নিবেন।

৬. আবেদন + মেডিক্যাল সার্টিফিকেট নিয়ে আপনি আপনার নিজ উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসে গিয়ে জমা দিবেন।

৭. শিক্ষা অফিসে আরো কয়েকটি ফরম পুরণের পর আপনার আবেদন ও যোগদান সম্পন্ন হবে।  তারপর আপনার যোগদানকৃত বিদ্যালয়ে আপনি উপস্থিত হবেন।

পরবর্তী ধাপঃ

১. আপনার স্থায়ী ঠিকানায় Appointment Letter (AL) চলে আসবে। সেজন্য আপনার ওই পোস্টঅফিসে যোগাযোগ রাখবেন। সম্ভব হলে পিয়নকে আপনার নাম্বার দিয়ে আসবেন যেন Appointment Letter (AL) আসলেই আপনি পেতে পারেন। (Appointment Letter (AL) নিজ হাতে সংগ্রহ করার চেষ্টা করবেন)
২. Appointment Letter (AL) টির কয়েকটি কপি করে রাখবেন। (চাকরির শুরু থেকে শেষ পর্যন্ত এটি আপনার কাজে লাগবে, হারালে সমস্যায় পড়বেন)
৩. Appointment Letter (AL) এ যেই তারিখে আপনার যোগদানের তারিখ ঐদিন সকাল ৯ টার পুর্বেই আপনার প্রাথমিক জেলা শিক্ষা অফিসে চলে যাবেন।

বিঃ দ্রঃ শিক্ষা অফিসে কোন হয়রানীর শিকার হলে সহকারী উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসার/উপজেলা শিক্ষা অফিসারকে অবহিত করবেন ।
