Academic Requirements:

MBA/MBM/Masters degree with 04 years Honors in any discipline from any public or private university approved by UGC
B.Sc. Engineering from any public or private university approved by UGC
CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 or equivalent in graduation & Post Graduation. GPA 4.50 out of 5.00 in SSC and HSC levels or minimum “B” in “O” & “A” levels.

Additional Requirements:

Proficient Computer Operating Skills especially in MS Office Platforms
Effective Written & Verbal Communication Skill in both Bengali and English
Age not over 30 years as of January 31, 2021
Courageous to work anywhere in the country

Remuneration Package & Career Plan:

Management Trainee/Probationary Officer will receive monthly consolidated remuneration of Tk.50,000/-/Tk.40,000/- along with other admissible benefits within rules.

Management Trainee/Probationary Officer will be absorbed as First Executive Officer/Officer (General) in the regular payroll of the Bank on satisfactory completion of one (1) year Probation Period.
