Company Description
Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, the pioneer in welfare banking system in the country as well as the first Shari’ah based bank in South East-Asia, is inviting applications from the active, energetic, experienced and qualified Bangladeshi nationals with requisite qualifications for appointment in the post of Security Guard (Temporary). The terms and conditions for appointment in the post are as under:
Job title: Security Guard (Temporary)
Areas of Expertise/Experience
-Candidates from retired armed forces shall be given preference.
-Candidates from retired armed forces/ansar battalion or embodied ansar must have proper retirement record from the service.
-Candidates from ansar battalion or embodied ansar must have minimum 3(three) years job experience.
Educational Requirements
S.S.C or equivalent
Other Requirements
-Candidates must be physically fit having minimum height of 5′-5″.
-Candidates working in any organizations must apply through proper channel.
-Only the male candidates can apply for this post.
-No TA/DA will be allowed for appearing at the physical fitness/written/viva-voce test.
-Signatures as well as photographs in all stages of recruitment process should be quite identical.
-Incomplete/incorrect application will be considered as rejected.
Age Limits
Maximum 30 years on May 30, 2022.
Salary & Allowances
As per existing policy of the bank.

Selected candidates should have the mentality to work in any office/branch of the bank.
Selection Procedure
-A short list will be prepared from among the intending candidates through extensive selection process.
-The short listed candidates will be invited to appear at the written/physical fitness test or for both of the cases.
-The qualified candidates in written/physical fitness test will be called for Viva-Voce.
-The decision of the hiring authority on any matter relating to recruitment shall be final.
-The authority reserves the right to accept/ reject any application without assigning any reason whatsoever

Eligible and interested candidates are required to apply through the bank’s website (career.islamibankbd.com) by providing necessary information side by side uploading the recent passport size photograph (JPG, size 100 kb), signature (JPG, size 50 kb) latest by May 30, 2022. Besides, candidates must send the printed copy of the online application along with the photocopies of all academic, professional and experience certificates, NID card as well as 3 (three) copies recent passport size ‍attested photographs in a closed envelop to the Deputy Managing Director & CHRO, Human Resources Wing, Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited, Head Office, Islami Bank Tower, 40 Dilkusha C/A, Dhaka-1000 latest by June 12, 2022 through courier or postal services. Application through hand delivery will not be accepted.
Note
To ascertain the age, the date of birth as mentioned in the certificate of SSC or equivalent will be considered and no affidavit will be accepted to this effect.

Educational Requirements
Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Other Requirements
-Candidates working in any organizations must apply through proper channel.
