We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of Relationship Support Team Leader in Corporate Banking, Wholesale Banking (WSB).

In this role, you will:

• Lead, manage and motivate the team of the Relationship Management (RM) support
• Ensure that credit analysis/ proposals are conducted in line with customer requirements and that these adhere to internal policy frameworks
• Ensure that the team members are managing day to day transactional requirements of the customers in an efficient manner
• Liaise and work collaboratively with internal stakeholders for risk management, transactional efficiency and other value adding activities
• Work as an escalation point for customers and RM team
• Work cohesively with RM team to ensure maximum efficiency in relationship management and coordinate various deliverables within the team

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor degree preferably from a public/ private university
• Experience in handling a diverse team is preferred
• Sound knowledge of trade services, treasury, investment banking products and local regulations. Exposure to corporate banking is crucial.
• High degree of business development and stakeholder management skills
