Then find the speed of the cyclist.
Answer: 12 km/hr

Let, speed of cyclist = x km
So, speed of motorist= x+15 km
ATQ,
9/(x+15)+1/2+9/{0.8(x+15)}= 18/x-1/4
=> 9/(x+15)+45/4(x+15)-18/x= -1/4-1/2
=> (12x+60)/x(x+15)= 1
x= 12(ans)
