Position Requirements:

The candidates must have Graduation from an accredited university having no third division/class/equivalent CGPA in their academic career.

Age Limit:

Prospective candidates’ age must not be more than 30 years as on 20 November 2017.

Job Location:

Selected candidates will have to serve the bank at any of its branches/offices. Candidates not willing to serve outside of Dhaka need not apply.

Offer:

The Bank offers attractive compensation package and excellent working environment. During the one-year trainee period with the bank, TACO will get a monthly allowance of Tk. 20,000 including benefits. On successful completion of the trainee period (assessed by examination/evaluation), TACO will be directly placed as Assistant Officer (Cash) with monthly salary of Tk. 25,000 (subject to Tax).

Training & Development Bond:

Before joining, Trainee Assistant Cash Officer (TACO) must give Training & Development Bond for serving the bank for a minimum of five years including the trainee period.

Selection Procedure:

Only short listed candidates will be called for the Written Test. Based on merit, selective applicants will be asked to face interview.
