(biTS) is an IT Solution and Services company and is a subsidiary jointly owned by BRAC and BRAC Bank. biTS focuses to become the most trustworthy company in Bangladesh providing technology solutions and managing IT Services. biTS provides end-to-end solutions for industries like Banks, Non-Banking Financial Institutes, Educational Institutes, Micro-Finance, NGOs, FMCG etc. Currently, we have around 200 dedicated employees who are working for biTS.
Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for collaboration with project stakeholder to determine root cause for business problem
  • Capture business and functional requirement and supervise technical staff to create and deliver solutions.
  • Prepare BRS, SRS, etc. business analysis document according to organizational policy.
  • Responsible for providing technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned projects and tasks.
  • Prepare project plan, proposal, report, and coordinate deliverables.
  • Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
  • May also need to perform high level technical services on assigned tasks.
  • Maintain up to date technical knowledge.

  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Experience Requirements
