Job Title Credit Analyst (Consumer Loan, Retail Credit)

Job Grade: Junior Officer/Officer / Senior Officer

Core Responsibilities

  • Assessment of credit applications as per Product Program Guidelines (PPG).
  • Ensure all related documents and procedures are completed prior to placing proposals for approval.
  • Ensure quality loan portfolio is booked.
  • Ensure agreed Turnaround Time (TAT) is maintained.
Educational Requirements           : MBA or Master’s in any discipline with no third division/class
Experience Requirements :  2-4 years of experience in relevant area
Job Nature                                      : Full Time
Age   : Maximum 35 Years

  • Rapports build up with local dignitaries and potential customers to Promote financial literacy.
  • Discover sales opportunities through consumer research and ensure Business.
  • Assessing Customer and Business to prepare loan proposal.
  • Ensure smooth Business operation at Agent Outlet maintaining compliance.
  • Maintain close relationship with tag branch
  • Follow-up day to day activities of Agent Banking outlet and being in touch with Head office regarding any instruction/Circular/Guideline.
  • Reporting & MIS
  • Others activities time to time assigned by Head Office.

Eligibilities:

  • Graduation with minimum 2nd division or class.
  • Age below 30 years as on April 30, 2018.
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills with pleasing personality.
  • Willing to visit frequently different Union and Upazilla.
  • Must be proactive, self-motivated, target-oriented, able to work under pressure, must be a team member, having ability to meet deadlines, art of persuasion, art of marketing, usual knowledge of Agent Banking market.

Compensation & Others:

  • Fixed salary Tk.15,000 per month with other admissible benefits.

  • Primary list will be prepared on the basis of combined result of Written Test and Viva-voce.
  • Final selection will be made on the Management’s Interview.

Placement Policy
Successful Management Trainee will remain on probation for a period of 1 (one) year. On satisfactory completion of probation period, Management Trainee will be confirmed as Senior Officer in the regular pay scale of the Bank.
