We need some dynamic and smart male/female individual for our agent banking operation. Candidates from local area will be given high priority.
Job location: Manikgonj, Taherpur & Tanore (Rajshahi), Palbari More (Jessore), Baro Bazar (Zhinaidah), Zaman Market (Gazipur Sadar), Mahigonj (Rangpur), Bogra, Lalmonirhat.

Job Description / Responsibility

Customers, colleagues and all day to day contacts are often greeted with smile.
Thank You” is a daily practice of compliment to any customer or colleagues for any little gesture of help/assistance.
Office desks and counters are neat, tidy and ready for customer service at 10 am sharp on every working day
Received cash are often counted in front of the customer and checked if notes are fake or genuine
Customers must be given a receipt after every deposit or payment, NOT before.
Cash is reconciled daily, once before Start of the Day (SOD) and again after Closing of the Day (COD) and vaulted accordingly under dual signature record and dual lock.
Participate into Daily Morning Huddle of the center everyday by 09:30 am
Prepare daily KPI reporting of the center to Dhaka HQ via email and keep a hard copy file of the same at the center signed off by the center head or in charge.
Visit at least 2 (two) potential deposit or borrowing customers of the center and keep record of such visits on the Customer Visit Report on a daily basis signed off by the center head.
Attend at least one “Support” cluster meeting on every alternate week.
Cross functional skills are developed quickly for functioning as a reliever of other colleague for all center functions.
Customer complaints are resolved on a daily basis or referred confidentially (via e-mail) to the Bank Asia ARO or center head seeking solution.
