১৬তম শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন প্রিলিমিনারি পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের Application Copy ও সনদসমূহের হার্ডকপি জমাদান প্রসঙ্গেঃ
ক) প্রিলিমিনারি টেস্টে উতীর্ণ প্রার্থীগণকে SMS-এ প্রাপ্ত নির্দেশনা মোতাবেক অনলাইনে পূরণকৃত আবেদন ফরম (Applicant’s Copy)-এর সাথে নিম্নোক্ত সনদপত্রের ফটোকপি/ ডকুমেন্টসমূহের ফটোকপি প্রথম শ্রেণির গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা কর্তৃক সত্যায়িত করে খামে ভরে যথেষ্ট সময় হাতে রেখে ডাকযোগে নিম্ন ঠিকানায় পাঠাতে হবে।প্রাপকঃ
ঢাকা জি.পি.ও. বক্স নম্বর-১০৩
ঢাকা-১০০০
খ) প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র/ডকুমেন্টসঃ
১) Online-এ পূরণকৃত আবেদন ফরম (Applicant’s Copy) এর হার্ড ফটোকপি । অবশ্যই কালার প্রিন্ট করবেন এবং মূল কপি পাঠিয়ে দেবেন,ফটোকপি নয়।
২) সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদপত্রের(সার্টিফিকেটের) সত্যায়িত কপি;
৩)স্নাতক (পাস/সম্মান) পর্যায়ের নম্বরপত্র ( মার্ক শিট/ টেবুলেশন শিট) এর সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি;
৪) কেবল সহকারী শিক্ষক পদসমূহের ক্ষেত্রে প্রার্থী কর্তৃক Online আবেদনপত্রে উল্লিখিত Optional Subject(চতুর্থ বিষয়)-এর স্বপক্ষে প্রমাণ স্বরূপ (পাস/সম্মান) পর্যায়ের প্রবেশপত্র/পত্রসমূহ এর সত্যায়িত কপি (এ ক্ষেত্রে শুধু ফাইনাল ইয়ারের টা দিলেই হবে)
৫) নাগরিক সনদপত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি (যাকে আমরা চেয়ারম্যানের সার্টিফিকেট বলি)
৬)প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রশিক্ষণ সনদপত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি;
৭) জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র / জন্ম নিবন্ধন সনদের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি।
গ) আবেদনপত্রের হার্ডকপি সরাসরি হাতে হাতে নিয়ে দেয়া যাবে না। সেক্ষেত্রে আপনার বাসা ntrca এর কার্যালয়ের পাশে হলেও না।আপনাকে ডাক যোগেই পাঠাতে হবে।
ঘ) প্রিলিমিনিয়ারি টেস্টে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে নিম্ন লিখিত রঙের খামে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র পাঠাতে হবে।নিম্নে কালার উল্লখে করে দেয়া হলোঃ
i) স্কুল-২ পর্যায়= সাদা খাম
ii)স্কুল পর্যায় =খাকি খামঢ়
iii)কলেজ পর্যায়= হলুদ খাম
ঙ) প্রিলিমিনিয়ারি টেস্টে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের হার্ডকপি প্রেরণের ক্ষেত্রে খামের উপরে “ষোড়শ শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষা ২০১৯ এর আবেদনপত্র” লিখতে হবে। এক্ষেত্রে স্কুল-২ পর্যায়,স্কুল পর্যায়,কলেজ পর্যায় এগুলো লিখে না দিলেও হবে।দিলেও সমস্যা হবে না।
