৩. স্নাতক (পাস/ সম্মান) পর্যায়ের নম্বরপত্র (মার্ক শিট। টেবুলেশন শিট);

৪. কেবল সহকারী শিক্ষক পদসমূহের ক্ষেত্রে প্রার্থী কর্তৃক Online আবেদনপত্রে উল্লিখিত Optional Subject-এর স্বপক্ষে প্রমাণ।

স্বরূপ স্নাতক (পাস/ সম্মান) পর্যায়ের প্রবেশপত্র/ পত্ৰসমূহ; ৫. নাগরিকত্ব সনদপত্র; ৬. প্রযােজ্য ক্ষেত্রে প্রশিক্ষণ সনদপত্র;

৭. জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র/ জন্ম নিবন্ধন সনদ।

গ. আবেদনপত্রের হার্ডকপি কোনক্রমেই হাতে হাতে এনটিআরসিএ কার্যালয়ে গ্রহণ করা হবে না।

ঘ. প্রিলিমিনারি টেস্টে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের হার্ডকপি প্রেরণের ক্ষেত্রে খামের উপরে “পঞ্চদশ শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষা ২০১৮ এর আবেদনপত্র লিখতে

ঙ. লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীগণ ১০ (খ) অনুচ্ছেদে বর্ণিত সনদসমূহের মূলকপি এবং কর্তৃপক্ষ কর্তৃক চাহিত অন্য যে কোন সনদের মূলকপি

মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় প্রদর্শন করবেন।

চ. মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় ১০ (খ) অনুচ্ছেদে বর্ণিত সনদপত্রসমূহের মূলকপি প্রদর্শনে ব্যর্থ হলে প্রার্থীতা বাতিল হবে।

ছ. প্রিলিমিনারি টেস্টে উত্তীর্ণ (কমপক্ষে ৪০% নম্বরপ্রাপ্ত) প্রার্থীগণের সনদপত্রসমুহ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট কাগজপত্রের হার্ডকপি এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃক যাচাই-এর পর কেবল ত্রুটিমুক্ত প্রার্থীগণ লিখিত পরীক্ষায় অবতীর্ণ হওয়ার যােগ্য হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবেন।

এখানে উল্লেখ্য যে, সকল কাগজপত্র প্রথম শ্রেণির সরকারি গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা দ্বারা সত্যায়িত করতে হবে।

কাগজপত্র পাঠাতে হবে ডাকযোগে, হাতে হাতে দিলে হবে না। কাগজপত্র পাঠাবেন বড় খাকী খামে করে। আর খামের উপর অবশ্যই বড় লিখবেন ” পঞ্চদশ শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন পরীক্ষা ২০১৮ এর আবেদন পত্র ”
