♦ সংস্থার চাহিদা অনুযায়ী নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চয়তার জন্য প্রার্থীকে প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র প্রদান করতে হবে শুধুমাত্র বাছাইকৃত যোগ্য প্রার্থীদের নিয়োগ পরীক্ষার জন্য ডাকা হবে।
♦ ১ নং পদের প্রার্থীদের মাঠ পর্যায়ে মোটরসাইকেল/স্কুটি ব্যবহার করে দায়িত্ব পালন করতে হবে। সেক্ষেত্রে মোটরসাইকেল চালানোয় পারদর্শী প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
♦ ১ নং পদের প্রার্থীদের মাঠ পর্যায়ে জরিপ কার্যক্রমের মাধ্যমে সদস্য সংগ্রহ, যাচাই বাছাই পূর্বক ঋণ বিতরণ, ঋণ আদায় এবং সঞ্চয় আদায় সংক্রান্ত কাজ করতে হবে।
♦ ২ নং পদের প্রার্থীদের শাখা পর্যায়ে কর্মী ও সদস্যদের নিকট হতে ঋণ ও সঞ্চয়ের টাকা গ্রহণ, সঞ্চয় ফেরত, ঋণ বিতরণ এবং শাখার হিসাব ব্যবস্থাপনার কাজ করতে হবে।
♦ অধ্যয়নরত ছাত্র- ছাত্রীদের আবেদন করার প্রয়োজন নেই নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের জীবন বৃত্তান্তে উল্লেখিত তথ্যাবলি সংস্থার নিজস্ব প্রক্রিয়ায় যাচাই করা হবে।
♦ লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষার তারিখ, স্থান ও সময় মোবাইলে SMS (Shakti-০১৮১৭-০৩১৪৪০) এর মাধ্যমে জানানো হবে। শক্তি ফাউন্ডেশন নিজস্ব অফিস ব্যতীত আর্থিক লেনদেন করে না। নিয়োগ প্রত্যাশী প্রার্থী থেকে কোন প্রতারক চক্র টাকা দাবী করলে না দেওয়ার জন্য সংস্থা থেকে অনুরোধ করা হলো।
