আবেদনকারীদের সংস্থার কর্ম এলাকার যে কোন স্থানে মাঠ পর্যায়ের কাজ করার মানসিকক্তা থাকতে হবে। উল্লেখিত সকল পদের জন্য শিক্ষানবীশকাল ৬ মাস। এছাড়াও সংস্থার নিয়মানুযায়ী অন্যান্য সুবিধাদি (বার্ষিক ইনক্রিমেন্ট, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, গ্র্যাচুইটি, বছরে ২টি উৎসব বোনাস, বৈশাখী ভাতা, মোবাইল বিল, কর্মীর একক আবাসন ব্যবস্থা ইত্যাদি) প্রদান করা হবে। নির্বাচিত হলে শিক্ষানবীশ কালের বেতনের সমপরিমান টাকা (ফেরতযোগ্য) জামানত হিসাবে জমা দিতে হবে। প্রার্থীকে মোটরসাইকেল চালনায় পারদর্শী হতে হবে। বৈধ কাগজপত্রসহ নিজস্ব মোটরসাইকেল নিয়ে যোগদান করতে হবে। মোটরসাইকেল রক্ষণাবেক্ষণ ও জ্বালানির জন্য নির্ধারিত হারে খরচ প্রদান করা হবে। সকল পদে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদের ক্ষেত্রে বয়স শিথিলযোগ্য এবং অধিকতর যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীর ক্ষেত্রে বেতন আলোচনা সাপেক্ষে নির্ধারণ করা হবে। আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদেরকে সহকারী পরিচালক-মানব সম্পদ, প্রশিক্ষণ ও প্রশাসন বরাবর আবেদনপত্র, জীবন বৃত্তান্ত, সদ্য তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ১ কপি রঙ্গিন ছবি ও জাতীয় পরিচয় পত্রের অনুলিপি এবং মোবাইল নম্বরসহ সাউথ এশিয়া পার্টনারশীপ-বাংলাদেশ, বাড়ী নং-৬৩, ব্লক-ক, রোড-৩, পিসিকালচার হাউজিং সোসাইটি লিঃ, শ্যামলী, মোহাম্মদপুর, ঢাকা-১২০৭ এই ঠিকানায় সরাসরি উপস্থিত হয়ে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন সম্পন্ন করত উপরোক্ত তালিকা অনুযায়ী নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করার জন্য বলা হচ্ছে। নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষার জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ দেয়া হবে না। সকল পদের জন্য পরীক্ষার দিন রেজিষ্ট্রেশন ফি বাবদ ২০০/- (দুইশত) টাকা (অফেরতযোগ্য) জমা দিয়ে রেজিষ্ট্রেশন করে নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। সাক্ষাতের সময় সকল সনদপত্রের মূলকপি দেখাতে হবে।
