১। উল্লেখিত দুইটি পদের জন্য শুধুমাত্র বগুড়া, দিনাজপুর, ঠাকুরগাঁও, পঞ্চগড়, নীলফামারী ও কুড়িগ্রাম এলাকার অধিবাসীগণের নিকট থেকে দরখাস্ত আহ্বান করা যাচ্ছে।
২। আবেদনকারীদের বাংলাদেশের যে কোন স্থানে মাঠ পর্যায়ে সংস্থার কর্ম এলাকায় কাজ করার মানসিকতা থাকতে হবে।
৩। আবেদনকারীর মোটরসাইকেল ড্রাইভিং বৈধ লাইসেন্স থাকতে হবে এবং নিয়োগকৃত পুরুষ/নারী কর্মীকে বাধ্যতামূলকভাবে মোটরসাইকেল চালাতে হবে।
৪। নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তির শিক্ষানবীশকাল শেষে কর্ম মূল্যায়নের ভিত্তিতে চাকুরি স্থায়ীকরন করা হবে এবং তখন থেকে সংস্থা কর্তৃক প্রদত্ত সকল সুযোগ সুবিধা যেমনঃ ২টি উৎসব ভাতা, জীবন যাত্রার ব্যয় ভাতা, ঝুঁকি ভাতা, লাঞ্চ ভাতা, বৈশাখী ভাতা, কমিউনিকেশন ভাতা (মোবাইল ও ইন্টারনেট ভাতা), প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড, প্রভিডেন্ট ফান্ড লোন, গ্র্যাচুইটি, কর্মী কল্যাণ তহবিল নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী নিজ ও পরিবারের সদস্যদের চিকিৎসা খরচ, দূরবর্তী ভাতা, মোবাইল সিম, ট্যাব ও চাকুরিতে যোগদানের সাথে সাথেই মোটরসাইকেল সফট লোন সুবিধা ও ফুয়েল বিল ইত্যাদি সুযোগ-সুবিধাপ্রযোজ্য হবে।
