প্রাথমিকের সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগ আপডেট:
আগামী ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয়ে ‘সহকারী শিক্ষক’ নিয়োগের পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে।
এমসিকিউ পদ্ধতির লিখিত পরীক্ষা নিতে ইতিমধ্যে সার্বিক প্রস্তুতি গ্রহণ করেছে প্রাথমিক ও গণশিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়।
এছাড়া পরবর্তী দুই মাসের মধ্যে মৌখিক পরীক্ষার শেষ করা হবে।
প্রাথমিক শিক্ষা অধিদফতরের মহাপরিচালকের ড. মো. আবু হেনা মোস্তফা কামাল যুগান্তরকে এ তথ্য নিশ্চিত করেছেন।
এবার প্রাথমিকে সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগ পরীক্ষায় ২৪ লাখের বেশি চাকরিপ্রত্যাশী আবেদন করেছেন।
সারাদেশে ১২ হাজার আসনের বিপরীতে তারা এ ভর্তিযুদ্ধে বসবেন।
সংশ্লিষ্ট সূত্রে জানা গেছে, গত বছরের ডিসেম্বর মাসে নিয়োগ পরীক্ষা শুরু হওয়ায় কথা থাকলেও নানা কারণে তা পিছিয়ে যায়। আগামী ১ ফেব্রুয়ারি লিখিত পরীক্ষা আয়োজনের লক্ষ্যমাত্রা নিয়ে প্রস্তুতি শেষ করা হয়েছে।
এছাড়া পরবর্তী দুই মাসের মধ্যে মৌখিক পরীক্ষা শেষ করার চিন্তা-ভাবনা রয়েছে বলে জানা গেছে।
আগামী সপ্তাহে মন্ত্রণালয়ে নিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত সভা বসার কথা রয়েছে। সেখানে এ বিষয়ে চূড়ান্ত সিদ্ধান্ত হবে। লিখিত পরীক্ষার পর নতুন করে আরও ১০ হাজার শিক্ষক নিয়োগ কার্যক্রম শুরু হবে সূত্রে জানা গেছে।
জানা গেছে, বর্তমানে সারাদেশে প্রায় ৬৪ হাজার ৮২০টি সরকারি প্রাথমিক বিদ্যালয় রয়েছে। তার মধ্যে প্রায় ১২ হাজার সহকারী শিক্ষক শূন্য রয়েছে। এ কারণে নতুন করে আরও ১২ হাজার সহকারী শিক্ষক নিয়োগের সিদ্ধান্ত নেয়া হয়।
পুরনো নিয়োগ বিধিমালা অনুসরণ করে নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তি প্রকাশ করা হয়। তার আলোকে নারী আবেদনকারীদের ৬০ শতাংশ কোটায় এইচএসসি বা সমমান পাস এবং পুরুষের জন্য ৪০ শতাংশ কোটায় স্নাতক বা সমমান পাস চাওয়া হয়।
লিখিত পরীক্ষায় আসন প্রতি তিনজনকে (একজন পুরুষ ও দুইজন নারী) নির্বাচন করা হবে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষার পর চূড়ান্ত ফলাফল প্রকাশ করা হবে।
