Instructions to the Candidates
01. Candidates must bring the `Admit Card’ and show it to the Invigilator (s) on duty.
02. The photograph contained in this Admit Card will be matched with the candidate sitting for the test.
03. Candidates should bring at least two Black ballpoint pens. Use of a pencil is NOT ALLOWED
04. Candidates are NOT ALLOWED to bring a bag/ Mobile Phone/Calculator/Digital watch, or any Electronic Device in the examination hall. The candidate’s ear should not be covered at the time of examination.
05. Candidates must reach the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of the examination. No candidate will be allowed in the exam hall after the examination started.
06. Authority reserves all rights to take any kind of punitive measure against any candidate who adopts unfair means or misbehaves in the examination hall.
07. This Admit Card will be considered as the Admit Card for the Written/Practical/Viva Voce examination.
08. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the written test/Practical/ Viva Voce examination.
09. All types of information aboutthe examination [Result, date & time of Written/ Practical (If applicable)/ Viva Voce Examination will be published on the Notice Board, website: http://bdpost.gov.bd.; http://pmgkhulna.bdpost.gov.bd.
10. Candidates have to bring two copies of passport size color photograph, all the original Certificates/Documents. A set of photocopies of all documents has to be submitted at the time of the Practical/ Viva voce examination.
11. The authority reserves the right to alter, modify, or withdraw the recruitment process at any stage.
