1. Candidates must bring the Admit Card and show it to the invigilators on duty;
2. Candidates will not be allowed to take their seats in the exam hall after 03.20 PM;
3. Bringing mobile phone or calculator or any other electronic device including electronic watch is strictly prohibited;
4. Photo contained on this Admit Card will be verified with original application form submitted;
5. Use of pencil in the exam is not allowed;
6. Authority reserves all rights to take any kind of punitive measure against any candidate who adopts any unfair means or misbehaves in the examination hall;
7. Candidates must use the same signature in the application, attendance sheet and answer script;
8. This Admit Card will be applicable for written examination, practical and viva voce;
9. Date, time and place of practical and viva will be informed to the eligible candidates through SMS. All information related to the exam will be notified in the website www.mod.gov.bd and notice board of the Ministry of Defence;
10. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the examination; and 11. All orginal documents/certificates (stipulated in the circular) must bring at the time of Viva Voce along with 01(one) set of photocopy and 02(two) copies passport size (recent) photo.
