পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য সাধারণ নির্দেশাবলী
১। বাছাই পরীক্ষার জন্য এ প্রবেশপত্রটি অবশ্যই সঙ্গে আনতে হবে।
২। পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৪৫ মিনিট পূর্বে প্রার্থীকে নির্ধারিত পরীক্ষা কক্ষে আসন গ্রহণ করতে হবে এবং পরীক্ষার সময় শেষ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত কক্ষ ত্যাগ করা যাবে না। পরীক্ষার্থী অবশ্যই তার নির্ধারিত আসনে বসবেন। পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে কেন্দ্রের সকল গেইট/প্রবেশপথ বন্ধ করা হবে।
৩। প্রবেশপত্র ব্যতিরেকে কোন পরীক্ষার্থীকে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে দেয়া হবে না। পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে কোন বই, উত্তরপত্র, নোট বা অন্য কোন কাগজপত্র, ক্যালকুলেটর, খালি বা পানীয় ভর্তি বোতল, মোবাইল ফোন, ভ্যানিটিব্যাগ, পার্স, হাতঘড়ি বা ঘড়ি জাতীয় বস্তু, ইলেকট্রনিক্স হাত ঘড়ি বা যে কোন ধরনের ইলেকট্রনিক্স/ মেকানিক্যাল ডিভাইস বা এ জাতীয় বস্তু সঙ্গে নিয়ে প্রবেশ করা বা সঙ্গে রাখা সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ। যদি কোন পরীক্ষার্থী উল্লিখিত দ্রব্যাদি সঙ্গে নিয়ে পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করেন তবে তাৎক্ষণিক বহিষ্কারসহ সংশ্লিষ্টের বিরুদ্ধে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
৪। প্রবেশপত্রে প্রদর্শিত আবেদনকারীর স্বাক্ষরের সাথে পরীক্ষার হাজিরা শিটে প্রদত্ত স্বাক্ষরের মিল থাকতে হবে।
৫। পরীক্ষার্থীকে উত্তরপত্রে অবশ্যই কালো বলপয়েন্ট কলম ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
৬। পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে দৃশ্যমান স্থানে পরীক্ষার্থীর আসন বিন্যাস টাঙ্গিয়ে দেওয়া হবে। আসন বিন্যাস অনুযায়ী পরীক্ষার্থীদের নির্ধারিত কক্ষে নিজ নিজ আসনে বসতে হবে।
৭। একজন পরীক্ষার্থীর জন্য ওএমআর ফরমের সেট কোড পূর্বনির্ধারিত থাকবে; পরীক্ষার্থীর জন্য নির্ধারিত ওএমআর ফরমের সেট কোডটি এ প্রবেশপত্রে উল্লেখ করা আছে।
৮। পরীক্ষার হলে সরবরাহকৃত ওএমআর ফরমটির সেট কোডের ঘরে প্রবেশপত্রে উল্লিখিত কোডটির বিপরীতে বৃত্ত ভরাট করতে হবে।
৯। পরীক্ষায় প্রশ্নপত্রের সেট কোড এবং ওএমআর ফরমের সেট কোড ভিন্ন হবে। পরীক্ষার্থীর ওএমআর সেট কোড এর বিপরীতে নির্ধারিত প্রশ্নপত্রের সেট কোডটি পরীক্ষা শুরু হবার ১৫ (পনেরো) মিনিট আগে কক্ষ পরিদর্শক জানিয়ে দিবেন। পরীক্ষার্থী তার নির্দিষ্ট কোডের প্রশ্নপত্র প্রাপ্তির বিষয়টি নিজে নিশ্চিত হবেন।
১০। পরীক্ষা কক্ষ ত্যাগের পূর্বে ওএমআর শীটের (উত্তরপত্র) সাথে প্রশ্নপত্র ফেরত দিতে হবে।
১১। পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য প্রার্থীকে কেনো টিএ/ ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
১২। পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা ওয়েবলিংক http://admit.dgfood.gov.bd এ এবং পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত তথ্যাদি খাদ্য অধিদপ্তরের ওয়েবসাইটে (www.dgfood.gov.bd) পাওয়া যাবে।
