২। ১নং পদের আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের ১৬ মার্চ থেকে ১৫ এপ্রিল ২০২৫ রাত ১১:৫৯ ঘটিকা পর্যন্ত প্রতিষ্ঠানের ওয়েবসাইটে www.fdasc.edu.bd প্রবেশ করে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং প্রবেশ পত্র ডাউলোড করে প্রিন্ট করতে হবে। ১নং পদে আবেদন ফি বাবদ ৫০০ টাকা অনলাইনে প্রদান করতে হবে। আবেদন সংক্রান্ত জটিলতার জন্য ০১৬১৭-৬০৫৬৬০ নম্বরে যোগাযোগ করতে অনুরোধ করা হলো।
৩। ২নং পদের প্রার্থীগণকে দুই কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের রঙিন ছবি, সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদের ফটোকপি, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের ফটোকপি এবং জীবনবৃত্তান্তসহ সভাপতি বরাবর আবেদন পত্র অতিরিক্ত জেলা প্রশাসক (শিক্ষা ও আইসিটি), জেলা প্রশাসকের কার্যালয়, ফরিদপুর এর নিকট ডাকযোগে/কুরিয়ারে/সরাসরি ১৫ এপ্রিল ২০২৫ এর মধ্যে পাঠাতে হবে।
