General Instructions:

01. This admit card will be valid for the written exam and the viva voce.

02. Candidate must bring a color copy of this ‘Admit Card’ and show it to the invigilator(s) on duty.

03. Candidate must take his/her seat at the exam hall at least 30 minutes prior to written exam.

04. The candidate must report at least 30 minutes before the scheduled time for the viva voce.

05. Candidates are STRICTLY PROHIBITED from bringing book, bag, mobile phone, digital watch or any other electronic device in the exam center. Only normal calculator is allowed.

06. Candidate must use Black Ink Ballpoint Pen. Use of pencil is PROHIBITED.

07. Photograph contained in this Admit Card will be verified with the counter copy of same photograph submitted with the original application.

08. Candidate must use the same signature for application, attendance sheet and answer script.

09. In addition to his/her educational qualification and experience, candidate must submit the original copies of all necessary documents before the Viva Board.

10. Date, time and place of Viva-Voce will be informed only to the qualified candidates through SMS. The information will also be available on the website of DMTCL (https://dmtcl.gov.bd).

11. The candidate should refrain from using a mask unless prescribed by a registered physician.

12. No TA/DA will be admissible for attending the exam(s).

13. Authority reserves all rights to take any kind of legal/punitive measures against any candidate who adopts unfair means or misbehaves in the exam hall.
