পরীক্ষার্থীদের জন্য নির্দেশনা:
০১) পরীক্ষার্থীকে অবশ্যই প্রবেশপত্র সঙ্গে আনতে হবে এবং তা কর্তব্যরত কক্ষ পরিদর্শককে দেখাতে হবে।
০২) লিখিত পরীক্ষায় ওএমআর টপশিটের বৃত্ত ভরাটের জন্য অবশ্যই কালো কালির বলপয়েন্ট কলম ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
০৩) এই প্রবেশপত্রে প্রদর্শিত পরীক্ষার্থীর ছবি অবশ্যই অনলাইনে আবেদনের ছবির সাথে মিল থাকতে হবে এবং প্রার্থীর স্বাক্ষরের সাথে পরীক্ষার হাজিরা সীটে প্রদত্ত স্বাক্ষরের মিল থাকতে হবে।
০৪) পরীক্ষার্থীকে অবশ্যই লিখিত পরীক্ষা শুরুর ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে তার নির্ধারিত আসন গ্রহণ করতে হবে। অফিস সহকারী কাম-কম্পিউটার মুদ্রাক্ষরিক ও রেকর্ড কীপার পদে লিখিত পরীক্ষার মোট সময় ৯০ মিনিট। অন্যান্য পদে লিখিত পরীক্ষার মোট সময় ৬০ মিনিট।
০৫) কলম এবং প্রবেশপত্র ছাড়া অন্য কোন ইলেকট্রনিক্স ডিভাইস (যেমন- মোবাইল ফোন, ক্যালকুলেটর বা যেকোন প্রকারের হাতঘড়ি, ইলেকট্রনিক চিপযুক্ত ব্যাংক কার্ড অথবা যে কোনো কার্ড), ব্যাগ, মানিব্যাগ, পার্স, কাগজ অথবা যন্ত্রপাতি নিয়ে পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্রের ভিতরে প্রবেশ করা যাবে না।
০৬) পরীক্ষাকেন্দ্র ত্যাগের পূর্বে উত্তরপত্রের সাথে আবশ্যিকভাবে প্রশ্নপত্র ফেরত দিতে হবে।
০৭) লিখিত পরীক্ষার ফলাফল ১১ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ তারিখ কমিশনারের কার্যালয়, চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগ, চট্টগ্রাম এর ওয়েবসাইট (www.chittagongdiv.gov.bd) এ প্রকাশ করা হবে।

০৮) অফিস সহকারী কাম-কম্পিউটার মুদ্রাক্ষরিক ও রেকর্ড কীপার পদে লিখিত পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ পরীক্ষার্থীদের ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষা (কম্পিউটার মুদ্রাক্ষর: বাংলা ও ইংরেজি টাইপিং, স্প্রেডশিট ও প্রেজেন্টেশন) ১২ অক্টোবর ২০২৫ তারিখ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষার বিস্তারিত সময়সূচি লিখিত পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের সাথে জানানো হবে।
০৯) কমিশনারের কার্যালয়, চট্টগ্রাম বিভাগ, চট্টগ্রাম এ অনুষ্ঠিত হবে। মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময়সূচি ০৯) লিখিত ও ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষায় উত্তীর্ণ পরীক্ষার্থীদের মৌখিক পরীক্ষা কমিশনারের। লিখিত/ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষার ফলাফলের সাথে উল্লিখিত ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
১০) মৌখিক পরীক্ষার জন্য নির্বাচিত পরীক্ষার্থীদের শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সকল সনদ, আবেদনপত্রের applicants copy, পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ২(দুই) কপি ছবি, অভিজ্ঞতা সনদ, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, নাগরিকত্ব সনদ, মুক্তিযোদ্ধা/ প্রতিবন্ধী সনদ (প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে) এর মূল কপি এবং দুই সেট ফটোকপি সাথে আনতে হবে। সনদের ফটোকপি অবশ্যই প্রথম শ্রেণির গেজেটেড কর্মকর্তা দ্বারা সত্যায়ন করতে হবে।
১১) পরীক্ষায় যেকোন অসদাচরণের জন্য পরীক্ষার্থীর বিরুদ্ধে প্রার্থীতা বাতিলসহ ‘প্রযোজ্য আইনি ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করা হবে।
১২) লিখিত, ব্যবহারিক এবং মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য পরীক্ষার্থীকে কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
১৩) এই প্রবেশপত্রটি লিখিত/ব্যবহারিক/মৌখিক পরীক্ষার প্রবেশপত্র হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে। ব্যবহারিক/ মৌখিক পরীক্ষার জন্য পৃথক কোনো প্রবেশপত্র ইস্যু করা হবে না।
১৪) কর্তৃপক্ষ নিয়োগ সংক্রান্ত যে কোন সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহণ/পরিবর্তন/বাতিলের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
