General Instructions to the candidates:
1. This admit card shall be considered as admit card for written as well as computer typing and viva voce examinations.
2. Applicants must carry this admit card into the examination hall.
3. Applicants must take sit in the examination hall at least 30 minutes prior to the commencement of the written examination.
4. Applicants shall not carry any handbag, mobile phone, calculator, electronic watch, or any other electronic device in the examination halls.
5. Applicants shall not be allowed to sit for written examination in any center other than the one assigned for him/her.
6. The signatures of applicants must match their signatures in the application, examination hall attendance sheet, and answer scripts.
7. Applicants shall not be allowed to enter the examination hall once the distribution of the question papers is over.
8. Applicants must use black/blue ink ballpoint pen on the answer sheets.
9. No applicant shall be allowed to leave the examination hall before the entire written examination is over.
10. Applicants must produce original copies of all relevant documents before the Viva Board.
11. Invigilators shall match and verify the applicant’s appearance with his/her photograph before taking his/her signature on the attendance sheet.
Legal action will be taken for any irregularities if detected.
12. Applicants shall be expelled if he/she fails to comply with the general instructions, or if found guilty of misconduct, misbehavior or adopting unfair
means.
13. No transport or daily allowance will be admissible for attending the examinations.
14. The results of written as well as practical examinations are scheduled to be published on the DDM’s website (www.ddm.gov.bd).
15. Applicants must maintain health rules for Covid-19 including mandatory wearing of face masks.
