- আগ্রহী প্রার্থীদের পরিচালক এইচআরএম অ্যান্ড পিএমইএল বরাবর আবেদন করতে হবে। জীবন বৃত্তান্ত ও আবেদনপত্রের সাথে ২ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ সত্যায়িত রঙ্গিন ছবি, জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্র, শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতার সনদপত্র, অভিজ্ঞতার সনদপত্র (যদি থাকে) এর সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি ও সকল প্রয়োজনীয় সনদসহ উল্লিখিত ঠিকানাগুলির যেকোনো একটি ঠিকানায় (যেখানে পরীক্ষা দিতে ইচ্ছুক) যথাসময়ে উপস্থিত হয়ে নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য অনুরোধ করা হলো।
- প্রার্থীদের পরীক্ষার দিন ১০০/- টাকা পরীক্ষার ফি (অফেরতযোগ্য) নগদ প্রদান করে নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করতে হবে। নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের যোগদানের পূর্বে ১৫,০০০/= টাকা জামানত হিসেবে জমা দিতে হবে যা চাকুরী শেষে লভ্যাংশসহ ফেরতযোগ্য। নির্বাচনী পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোনো প্রকার টিএ/ ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না। যে সকল প্রার্থীদের আত্মীয় সিএসএস এ কর্মরত রয়েছে তাদের আবেদন না করার জন্য উৎসাহিত করা যাচ্ছে।
