General Exam Instructions: 
1. প্রবেশপত্র ব্যতীত প্রার্থীকে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহন করতে দেওয়া হবে না। লিখিত/ব্যবহারিক/মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় এই প্রবেশপত্র সংগে আনতে হবে। নতুন কোন প্রবেশপত্র ইস্যু করা হবে না।
2. পরীক্ষা শুরু হওয়ার কমপক্ষে ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে পরীক্ষা কেন্দ্রে উপস্থিত হতে হবে। পরীক্ষা শুরুর পরে কোন পরীক্ষার্থীকে পরীক্ষা হলে প্রবেশ করতে দেওয়া হবে না।
3. মোবাইল ফোন, ক্যালকুলেটরসহ যে কোন ধরনের ইলেকট্রনিক ডিভাইস এবং কোন ধরনের বই পুস্তক ও ব্যাগ সংগে নিয়ে পরীক্ষা কক্ষে প্রবেশ করা যাবে না।
4. আবেদনপত্র ও প্রবেশপত্র সহ হাজিরা সিট, উত্তরপত্র (খাতা) এবং অন্যান্য কাগজপত্রে পরীক্ষার্থীর স্বাক্ষরে গরমিল পরিলক্ষিত হলে উত্তরপত্র বাতিল বলে গন্য হবে।
5. মৌখিক পরীক্ষার সময় নিয়োগ বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে ও আবেদনপত্রে উল্লেখিত সকল সার্টিফিকেট ও রেকর্ডপত্রের মূলকপি প্রদর্শন করতে হবে এবং উক্ত কাগজপত্রের সত্যায়িত (সত্যায়নের ক্ষেত্রে অবশ্যই সত্যায়নকারী কর্মকর্তার সিলে সুস্পষ্ট নাম ও পদবি থাকতে হবে) ছায়ালিপি ০১ (এক) সেট, আবেদনসহ মৌখিক পরীক্ষা গ্রহণকারী কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট জমা দিতে হবে।
6. লিখিত/ব্যবহারিক/মৌখিক পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ দেওয়া হবে না।
7. লিখিত পরীক্ষার ফলাফল, ব্যবহারিক ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষার স্থান, তারিখ ও সময়সহ প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য সিভিল সার্জন কার্যালয়, চট্টগ্রামের ওয়েবপোর্টালে (www.cs.chittagong.gov.bd) ও কার্যালয়ের নোটিশ বোর্ডে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
8. জালিয়াতি, অসদুপায় অবলম্বন এবং অসাদচরনের জন্য দোষী সাব্যস্ত হলে আইনানুগ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহন করা হবে।
