Decision to cancel the recruitment of senior officers of the eight-member bank Under the chairmanship of the Governor Fazle Kabir in the chairmanship of the candidates, the Chief Executives of the Bankers Selection Committee, 14 banks and financial institutions, which were responsible for the recruitment of state-run banks and financial institutions, took the decision.

The government formed the Bankers’ Selection Committee in 2015, in view of various irregularities and corruption allegations in the recruitment of government banks. The governors of Bangladesh Bank are made the members of the public and the financial institutions of all the banks and financial institutions. Yet the mismanagement of the recruitment exams and the leaks are happening. The question papers have already been canceled due to leakage of two banks.
