প্রার্থীকে কলেজ পরিচালনা পরিষদের সভাপতির বরাবরে স্বহস্তে লিখিত আবেদনপত্র (খামের উপরে পদের নাম বিষয়সহ উল্লেখপূর্বক) জীবনবৃত্তান্ত, পাসপোর্ট আকারের ০২ কপি ছবি, মোবাইল নম্বর ও সকল প্রামাণ্য কাগজপত্রের সত্যায়িত কপি এবং অগ্রণী ব্যাংক লিঃ এর যে কোন শাখা হতে “বি এ এফ শাহীন কলেজ চট্টগ্রাম” এর অনুকূলে ক্রয়কৃত ১-৩নং পদের ৫০০.০০, ৪-৫নং পদের জন্য ৪০০.০০ টাকা, ৬-৭নং পদের জন্য ২০০.০০ টাকার অফেরতযোগ্য ব্যাংক ড্রাফ্ট/পে অর্ডারসহ ৩১ ডিসেম্বর ২০২৪ তারিখের মধ্যে রেজিষ্টার্ড ডাক/কুরিয়ার সার্ভিস যোগে বা সরাসরি অত্র কলেজে অফিস চলাকালীন সময়ে পৌছাতে হবে। দাখিলকৃত আবেদনপত্রসমূহ বাছাইয়ের পর শুধুমাত্র যোগ্যতাসম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদেরকে পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের সুযোগ দেয়া হবে। সকল প্রার্থীদের লিখিত পরীক্ষা, ১-৩নং পদের প্রার্থীদের শ্রেণিতে পাঠদান এবং ৪-৬নং পদের প্রার্থীদের ব্যবহারিক পরীক্ষা এবং সকল প্রার্থীদের সাক্ষাৎকার নেয়া হবে। লিখিত/পাঠদান/ব্যবহারিক/সাক্ষাৎকার এর তারিখ ও সময় যথাসময়ে জানানো হবে। বর্ণিত পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য প্রার্থীদের কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
চাকুরীরত প্রার্থীদের যথাযথ কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে আবেদন করতে হবে এবং প্রার্থী নিয়োগপ্রাপ্ত হলে যোগদান করতে আপত্তি নেই এই মর্মে কর্তৃপক্ষের নিকট হতে না-আপত্তিনামা সার্টিফিকেট আবেদনপত্রের সাথে সংযুক্ত করতে হবে। অসম্পূর্ণ আবেদনপত্র এবং নির্ধারিত তারিখের পরে প্রাপ্ত আবেদনপত্র বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। কোন কারণ দর্শানো ব্যতিরেকে কর্তৃপক্ষ যে কোন আবেদনপত্র বাতিল করার কিংবা নিয়োগ কার্যক্রম পরিবর্তন, সংশোধন ও বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করেন।
