নির্বাহী পরিচালক বরাবর নিজ হাতে লেখা আবেদনপত্র, মোবাইল নম্বরসহ পূর্ণ জীবন বৃত্তান্ত, আবেদন ফি বাবদ নগদ ৩০০/- টাকা অথবা সংস্থা বরাবর ৩০০/- টাকার ব্যাংক পে-অর্ডার, সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা ও অভিজ্ঞতা সনদ পত্রের সত্যায়িত ফটোকপি, ০৪ কপি পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি, এন.আই.ডি কার্ডের সত্যায়িত কপি, খামের উপরে পদের নাম উল্লেখ করে জমা দিতে হবে। আবেদনপত্র ১৭/০১/২০২৫ তারিখ সকাল ৯:০০ ঘটিকার মধ্যে নিম্ন ঠিকানায় সরাসরি/ডাকযোগে পৌঁছাতে হবে। আবেদনপত্র প্রাপ্তির পর মোবাইল ফোনের মাধ্যমে পরীক্ষার রোল নম্বর ও স্থান জানিয়ে দেয়া হবে।
সকল পদের জন্য আগামী ১৭/০১/২০২৫ তারিখ বেলা ১০ঃ০০ ঘটিকায় লিখিত ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা অনুষ্ঠিত হবে চূড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিতদের কর্ম এলাকা কুষ্টিয়া, ঝিনাইদাহ, চুয়াডাঙ্গা, মেহেরপুর, পাবনা ও নাটোর জেলার মধ্যে হবে। নিয়োগের ক্ষেত্রে কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে এবং যে কোন প্রকার আর্থিক লেনদেন হতে বিরত থাকুন।
