সাধারণ নির্দেশনাঃ
১. পরীক্ষার কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশপত্র ছাড়া কোন প্রার্থীকে প্রবেশ করতে দেওয়া হবে না। মৌখিক ও ব্যাবহারিক পরীক্ষার সময় প্রবেশপত্র প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
২. পরীক্ষা শুরুর কমপক্ষে ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে প্রত্যেক প্রার্থীকে কেন্দ্রে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
৩. মোবাইল, ক্যালকুলেটর, স্মার্ট ওয়াচ, ব্যাগ, বই বা অন্য কোন যোগাযোগ যন্ত্র/ইলেকট্রনিক্স যন্ত্রপাতি নিয়ে কেন্দ্রে প্রবেশ করা যাবে না। উল্লিখিত সামগ্রী/ইলেকট্রনিক্স ডিভাইস বহন করলে কোন কারণ ব্যতিরেকে প্রার্থীকে বহিষ্কার করা হবে।
৪. কালো বল পয়েন্ট কলম ব্যবহারের পরামর্শ দেওয়া হলো।
৫. প্রার্থীকে প্রবেশপত্র, উত্তরপত্র ও হাজিরা শিটে একই স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।
৬. পরীক্ষা শেষ হবার পূর্বে কোন প্রার্থী কেন্দ্র ত্যাগ করতে পারবে না।
৭. পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণের জন্য কোন প্রকার টিএ/ডিএ প্রদান করা হবে না।
৮. অসদাচরণ, নকল বা অন্য কোন অসদুপায় অবলম্বন করলে প্রার্থীকে বহিষ্কার করা হবে। হল তত্ত্বাবধায়ক প্রয়োজনে অভিযুক্ত প্রার্থীকে আইন-শৃঙ্খলা বাহিনীর নিকট সোপর্দ করবেন এবং কর্তৃপক্ষ যথাযথ ব্যবস্থা গ্রহণ করবেন।
৯. মৌখিক পরীক্ষার নির্ধারিত সময়ের কমপক্ষে ৩০ মিনিট পূর্বে পরীক্ষার্থীকে মৌখিক পরীক্ষাস্থলে উপস্থিত থাকতে হবে।
১০. ব্যাবহারিক ও মৌখিক পরীক্ষা বোর্ডে পরীক্ষার্থীকে সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, অভিজ্ঞতা, কোটা সংক্রান্ত সনদ ও সংশ্লিষ্ট সকল প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্রের মূলকপি ও ১ সেট ফটোকপি প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।
১১. পরীক্ষা সংক্রান্ত সকল তথ্য বাংলাদেশ আনসার ও গ্রাম প্রতিরক্ষা বাহিনীর ওয়েবসাইটে (www.ansarvdp. gov.bd) পাওয়া যাবে।
১২. বেতন স্কেল (১৩-১৬তম গ্রেড) ভুক্ত প্রার্থীদের মধ্যে প্রাথমিক বাছাইয়ে উত্তীর্ণগন পরবর্তীতে লিখিত পরীক্ষায় অংশগ্রহণ করবেন।
