♦ নির্ধারিত ফরমে অধ্যক্ষ/প্রভাষক/সহকারী প্রধান শিক্ষক ও সহকারী শিক্ষক পদের প্রতিটির জন্য ৮ (আট) সেট করে দরখাস্ত আগামী ২৩/০৪/২০২৫ তারিখের মধ্যে অফিস চলাকালীন সময়ে (সকাল ৮ টা থেকে বেলা ৩ টা ৩০ পর্যন্ত) রেজিস্ট্রার অফিসে পৌঁছাতে হবে।
♦ অগ্রণী ব্যাংক পিএলসি/জনতা ব্যাংক পিএলসি যে কোন শাখা হতে রেজিস্ট্রার, চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় অনুকূলে অগ্রণী ব্যাংক পিএলসি, চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শাখা/জনতা ব্যাংক পিএলসি, চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শাখা, চট্টগ্রাম এর উপর প্রদেয় আবেদনপত্র ফি বাবদ ৫০০/- (পাঁচশত) টাকার ব্যাংক ড্রাফট (উক্ত দু’টি ব্যাংকের চট্টগ্রাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় শাখা থেকে হলে পে-অর্ডার), প্রার্থীর সাম্প্রতিক তোলা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ৩ (তিন) কপি সত্যায়িত ছবি আবেদনের মূল সেটের সাথে এবং মার্কশীটসহ সকল শিক্ষাগত যোগ্যতা, অভিজ্ঞতা, নাগরিকত্বের সার্টিফিকেটের সত্যায়িত কপি আবেদেনের প্রত্যেক সেটের সাথে সংযোজন করতে হবে। দাখিলকৃত ব্যাংক ড্রাফট/পে-অর্ডার এবং অন্যান্য কাগজপত্র ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
