আবেদনপত্র এবং খামের উপর আবেদনকৃত পদের নাম ও নিজ জেলা উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
উল্লেখ্য যে, চূড়ান্তভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীর পক্ষে একজন জামিনদারকে ৩০০ টাকার নন জুডিশিয়াল স্ট্যাম্পে স্বাক্ষর করতে হবে।
