১। মৌখিক পরীক্ষার মূল প্রবেশপত্র
২। সব সনদের মূল কপি
৩। স্নাতক পর্যায়ের মূল নম্বরপত্র বা মার্কশিট
৪। সহকারী শিক্ষকদের ক্ষেত্রে আবেদনে উল্লেখিত ঐচ্ছিক বিষয়ের জন্য স্নাতক পর্যায়ের প্রবেশপত্র
৫। বিশেষ কোনো প্রশিক্ষণ নিয়ে থাকলে সনদের মূল কপি
৬। জাতীয় পরিচয়পত্রের মূল কপি ও
৭। কর্তৃপক্ষের চাওয়া যেকোনো সনদের মূল কপি।
চূড়ান্ত ফলাফলঃ
১৭তম ভাইভা শেষে প্রার্থীদের মৌখিক পরীক্ষার নম্বর ও সনদের নম্বর যোগ করে প্রার্থীকে উত্তীর্ণ ঘোষণা করা হবে। ভাইভায় পৃথকভাবে অকৃতকার্য হলে প্রার্থীকে চূড়ান্তভাবে অকৃতকার্য ঘোষণা করা হবে। চূড়ান্তভাবে উত্তীর্ণ প্রার্থীদের ফলাফল ঘোষণা করে তাঁদের বিদ্যমান জাতীয় মেধাতালিকায় অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা হবে। প্রত্যেক প্রার্থী এনটিআরসিএর ওয়েবসাইটে রোল নম্বর দিয়ে মেধাক্রম ও সিরিয়াল নম্বর দেখতে পারবেন। শিক্ষক হিসেবে এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃপক্ষ একটি শিক্ষক নিবন্ধন সনদ প্রদান করবে। এটি দিয়ে একজন প্রার্থী ৩৫ বছর বয়স পর্যন্ত শিক্ষক নিয়োগে প্রকাশিত গণবিজ্ঞপ্তির মাধ্যমে প্রতিযোগিতা করে শিক্ষক হওয়ার সুযোগ পাবেন।
