ভর্তির ফলাফল প্রক্রিয়াকরণ, প্রকাশ এবং মাইগ্রেশনঃ
- মোট ৩ (তিন) টি পর্যায়ে ফলাফল প্রক্রিয়াকরণ হবে এবং প্রাথমিক নিশ্চায়ন সাপেক্ষে সর্বোচ্চ ২(দুই) বার স্বয়ংক্রিয় ভাবে মাইগ্রেশন প্রক্রিয়া চালনা করা হবে। প্রতি পর্যায়ে পছন্দক্রমানুযায়ী অটোমাইগ্রেশন হবেএবং মাইগ্রেশন সর্বদাই পছন্দক্রমানুসারে উপরের দিকে যাবে।
- একজন শিক্ষার্থী তার আবেদনের সময় দেয়া কলেজ পছন্দμম ও এসএসসি/সমমান পরীক্ষার ফলাফল, কোটা ইত্যাদি ভিত্তিতে শুধুমাত্র ১টি কলেজেই সিলেকশন পাবে।
- নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থী নিজেই অনলাইনে বোর্ডের রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও অন্যান্য ফি বাবদ ১৮৫/ – টাকা জমা দিয়ে প্রাথমিক ভর্তি নিশ্চায়ন করবেন।
- উল্লেখ্য যে, প্রত্যেক নির্বাচিত শিক্ষার্থীকে অবশ্যই ১৮৫/- টাকা জমা দিয়ে ভর্তি নিশ্চায়ন করতে হবে। অন্যথায় শিক্ষার্থীর মনোনয়ন ও আবেদন বাতিল হবে। এমন শিক্ষার্থী ইচ্ছা করলে পরবর্তী পর্যায়ের জন্য আবেদন ফি জমা দিয়ে নতুন আবেদন করতে পারবে।
- যে সকল শিক্ষার্থী আবেদনকৃত কোন কলেজেই সিলেকশন পাবে না তারা পুনরায় আবেদন ফি ব্যাতীত এবং যারা ইতিপূর্বে কোন কলেজেই আবেদন করে নাই তারা আবেদন ফি জমা সাপেক্ষে আবেদন করতে পারবে।
- ফলাফল প্রক্রিয়াকরণের পর নির্দিষ্ট তারিখে শিক্ষার্থীদেরকে SMS -এর মাধ্যমে ফলাফল জানানো হবে এবং একই সাথে SMS-এ একটি গোপনীয় Security Code প্রদান করা হবে। এই Security Codeটি চুড়ান্ত ভর্তি নিশ্চায়নের জন্য সংরক্ষণ করতে হবে।
- তাছাড়াও শিক্ষার্থীরা ভর্তির ওয়েবসাইট www.xiclassadmission.gov.bd থেকে ভর্তির বিস্তারিত বিস্তারিত ফলাফল জানতে পারবে।
