এনটিআরসিএ এর ৩য় ধাপে ৫৪ হাজারের বেশি শিক্ষক নিয়োগের গণবিজ্ঞপ্তি অনুসারে ৩৮২৮৬ টি পদে নিয়োগ সুপারিশ করেছে। এর মধ্যে ৩৪৬১০টি এমপিওভুক্ত এবং ৩৬৭৬টি ননএমপিও পদে। আর ১৫৩২৫টি পদে প্রার্থী ও আবেদন না পাওয়ায় নিয়োগ সুপারিশ করা হয়নি। এর মধ্যে মহিলা কোটার ৬৭৭৭টি পদে মহিলা প্রার্থী পাওয়া যায়নি। আর ৮৪৪৮টি পদে কোনো আবেদন পায়নি এনটিআরসিএ। এ নিয়োগের মোট ৮৯ লাখের বেশি আবেদন জমা পড়েছিল।

পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশনের পর যেসব প্রয়োজনীয় কাগজপত্র পাঠাতে হতে পারে তা নিম্নরূপঃ

2. All Educational Certificate
3. Mark sheet of Honours
4. For Assistant Teacher have to send Honors exam Admit card
5. Citizen Certificate of Bangladesh.
6. Training certificate in required area.
7. NID ( National Identity Card)
৮. Verified Police Verification Form
এসব তথ্য পাঠানোর পরে NTRCA যাচাই বাচাই করে Recommendation Letter দেবে। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রার্থীদের সুপারিশপত্র প্রকাশ করা হবে। অ্যাপ্লিকেন্ট আইডি ও পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে লগইন করে সুপারিশপত্র ডাউনলোড করতে হবে। তারপর তা প্রিন্ট করতে হবে। এরপর সুপারিশপত্র ও সব সনদ নিয়ে প্রতিষ্ঠান যোগদান করতে হবে। সুপারিশপত্রে প্রার্থীদের যোগদান সংক্রান্ত সব নির্দেশনা দেয়া হবে। যোগদান করার পর প্রতিষ্ঠান প্রধানের ইউজার আইডি ও পাসওয়ার্ড ব্যবহার স্কুল-কলেজের জন্য ইএমআইএস সেলে আর মাদরাসার জন্য মেমিস সেলে অনলাইন এমপিওভুক্তির জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
