শিক্ষক নিয়ােগের লক্ষ্যে এনটিআরসিএ কর্তৃক সমগ্র দেশের বেসরকারি শিক্ষা প্রতিষ্ঠানসমূহ হতে বিগত ২৬.০৮.১৮ তারিখ থেকে ৩০.০৯.২০১৮ তারিখ পর্যন্ত নিয়ােগযােগ্য শূন্য পদের চাহিদা (e-Requisition) আহবান করা হলে সর্বমােট ৩৯৫৩৫ টিশিক্ষক পদ পূরণের জন্য অনলাইনে চাহিদা পাওয়া যায়-যার বিস্তারিত তালিকা http://ngi.teletalk.com.bd এবং www. ntrca.gov.bd এ বিজ্ঞপ্তি (e-Advertisement) আকারে প্রকাশ করা হয়েছে।

|আগ্রহী সকল নিবন্ধন প্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তিবর্গ (যাদের বয়স ১২.০৬.২০১৮ তারিখে ৩৫ বছর বা তার কম এবং শিক্ষা মন্ত্রণালয়ের মাধ্যমিক ও উচ্চ শিক্ষা বিভাগ এবং কারিগরি ও মাদরাসা শিক্ষা বিভাগের জারীকৃত সর্বশেষ জনবল কাঠামাে ও এমপিও নীতিমালা-২০১৮ তে উল্লিখিত শিক্ষাগত যােগ্যতা রয়েছে) তাঁরা উক্ত চাহিদা তালিকায় বর্ণিত তাঁর সংশ্লিষ্ট পদসমূহের জন্য আগামী ১৯.১২.২০১৮ তারিখ হতে ০২.০১.২০১৯ তারিখ পর্যন্ত অনলাইনে আবেদন (e Application) পেশ করতে পারবেন। প্রাপ্ত সকল আবেদনসমূহ সরকারি বিধি-বিধানের আলােকে সমন্বিত জাতীয় মেধার ভিত্তিতে বাছাইপূর্বক প্রতিটি পদের বিপরীতে এনটিআরসিএ থেকে চূড়ান্তভাবে একজনকে নিয়ােগের জন্য সুপারিশ করে সংশ্লিষ্ট SMC/MMC/GB-এর নিকট প্রেরণ করা হবে এবং নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীকে SMS এর মাধ্যমে জানানাে হবে।
