Key Job Description / Responsibilities:

Attending office mails, manages schedule, organizing meetings, answer telephones and transfer or take messages and maintain address book etc.
Booking of flight tickets, arrange for accommodations and schedule transports.
Settle all expenses related to Country Head travel, medical, club, entertainment etc.
Keeping peer/liaison with other HBL operating offices of South Asia or other regions.
Maintain all correspondence file of Country Head (local & international correspondence) and manage incoming and outgoing documents.
Provide translation and interpretation services.
Sort, and distribute incoming correspondence i.e. faxes, emails, circular etc.
Maintaining liaison with external stake holders, making appointments with other Banks & the business community.
Any other job assigned by the Management.

Qualification:

Graduation/Post Graduation in any discipline from recognized local or foreign university with no third class/ division.

Experience:

2 – 3 years of relevant experience is mandatory for applying for this position.

Key Competencies:

Good command in English (spoken/ written) is necessary.
