১। প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা ও পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন সম্পন্ন করার পর ১ (এক) বছর মেয়াদী মৌলিক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণ করতে হবে। উল্লেখ্য, স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষায় যোগ্য ও সন্তোষজনক পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন প্রতিবেদন প্রাপ্তি সাপেক্ষে প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের বহিরাগত ক্যাডেট এসআই (নিরস্ত্র) হিসেবে মৌলিক প্রশিক্ষণ গ্রহণের জন্য বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ একাডেমি, সারদায় প্রেরণ করা হবে।

২। বাংলাদেশ পুলিশ একাডেমি, সারদায় ১ (এক) বছর মেয়াদী মৌলিক প্রশিক্ষণ সফলভাবে সম্পন্নকৃত প্রার্থীদের শিক্ষানবিশ এসআই (নিরস্ত্র) হিসেবে নিয়োগ প্রদান করা হবে। উল্লেখ্য, শিক্ষানবিশ এসআই (নিরস্ত্র) হিসেবে যোগদানের তারিখ হতে ২ (দুই) বছর চাকরিকাল সফলভাবে সম্পন্নের পর বিধি মোতাবেক তাকে স্থায়ী করা হবে।

৩। বহিরাগত ক্যাডেট এসআই (নিরস্ত্র) পদে প্রাথমিকভাবে নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা ও পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন ফরম পুরণের কার্যক্রম সংশ্লিষ্ট রেঞ্জ ডিআইজি-এর মাধ্যমে সম্পন্ন করা হবে। এছাড়া রেঞ্জ ডিআইজি নির্বাচিত প্রার্থীদের স্বাস্থ্য পরীক্ষা ও পুলিশ ভেরিফিকেশন ফরম পূরণের কার্যক্রম গ্রহণের জন্য স্থান নির্ধারণ করবেন এবং প্রার্থীদের যথাসময়ে অবহিত করবেন।
